Această platformă a fost creată cu scopul de a veni în ajutorul tău atunci când ești în impas, când ai întrebări fără răspuns sau când răspunsul primit nu este suficient de clar, când ai nevoie să îți știi drepturile și beneficiile, când legislația este greu de înțeles sau pur și simplu când nu știi de unde să începi atunci când ai nevoie să întocmești dosarul pentru încadrare în grad / pentru reevaluare.
În vederea creării platformei au fost purtate discuții cu persoane care au întâmpinat aceleași dificultăți ca și tine, însoțitori ai copiilor sau adulților cu dizabilități, precum și cu persoane adulte cu dizabilități.
Rezultatul discuțiilor se regăsește aici, unde, într-o manieră prietenoasă, logică și în termeni simpli, poți găsi structurat informații cu privire la: pașii și documentele necesare pentru dosarul de încadrare în grad de handicap și reevaluarea acestuia, pentru adulți și pentru copii; drepturile salariale; cum să obții toate facilitățile și beneficiile cu trimitere la legislația în vigoare.
This platform was created with the aim of helping you when you feel stuck, when you have unanswered questions or when the answer you received is not clear enough, when you need to know your rights and benefits, when the legislation is difficult to understand or simply when you don't know where to start when you need to prepare/reevaluate your documentation.
In order to create the platform, discussions were held with people who have encountered same difficulties as you, people who are caregivers of children or adults with disabilities, as well as with adults with disabilities.
The result of the discussions can be found here, where, in a friendly, logical manner and in simple terms, you can find structured information regarding: the steps and documents required for the disability classification file and its reassessment, for adults and children; salary rights; how to get all the facilities and benefits with reference to the legislation in force.
Proiectul „ACCESS HUB - Creșterea cetățeniei active pentru persoanele cu dizabilități” este derulat de Fundația Serviciilor Sociale Bethany, în parteneriat cu Asociația Națională pentru Copii și Adulți cu Autism din România – filiala Iași (ANCAAR Iași), și beneficiază de o finanțare în valoare de 188.600 Euro, prin programul Active Citizens Fund - Romania, finanțat de Islanda, Liechtenstein și Norvegia prin Granturile SEE 2014-2021.
